Mold Services you can trust
Professional mold inspections are designed to locate all areas with mold growth present and to determine the level of mold contamination affecting the safety of the indoor air quality caused by fungal growth. At Dry-ngo LLC we have the knowledge and experience to not only find the mold, but to also create a proper mold remediation and mold prevention plan.
Any place in your home or business with excess moisture can foster the growth of mold. If left unchecked, the growth and spread of mold inside a building may lead to health problems and building damage.
Our inspectors will work to evaluate, visually inspect and confirm or rule out fungal growth, as well as identify the source of problem and provide a precise plan of action to clear and restore the affected areas.

Facts about Mold
Can I use Bleach to “Kill” Mold?… First off the operative word to keep in mind is to “clean” or “remove” the mold problem. Careful cleaning of otherwise already HEPA-vacuumed debris-free surfaces with a proper bleach solution (5%) is an effective end measure for hard surfaces. The mold reservoir needs to be found, removed, its cause corrected, and all related surfaces cleaned (or non-cleanable materials thrown out). Porus surfaces using a biocide or sanitizer, for final cleaning is ok provided the solution is used according to the manufacturer’s directions and applied safely.
How to find “Hidden” mold contamination… The fact that mold is “hidden” in buildings does not mean one cannot find it. We look by context: where do we see leak stains, or where do we see building practices most likely to have produced a hidden leak or moisture problem? Ice dam leaks in walls, hidden plumbing leaks, roof spillage by the foundation, are all common clues that often track to a wet building wall or ceiling cavity and from there to a hidden mold problem which may need to be addressed. Certain instruments are beneficial in finding hidden mold. Borescopes can be used as well as hole saws or test cuts being careful not disturb a large reservoir in the home.
